Very, very, very bad, the Whitehaven branch are useless, after 6 months with radiators not working, faulty sockets, and every other thing wrong in the house, they still havent fiexed anything, do not use ever!!! Bad service, don't send plumbers, electricians out when you need one like emergencies!! They treat you like an animal with no human rights, they try to make you feel like it's your own fault, when I moved in they didn't even clean the place up and the walls were full of muck, I had to buy paint and they will only give me a poxy
