I have had a few maintenance issues with my property this year and Samantha Robinson has had the unfortunate task of reporting them to me.
However, she has always done this with a sympathetic approach, especially with regard to the cost involved and where I have had to make a decision she has given my clear concise information, and at times advice, to help me to make those decisions. One particular problem involved long tedious telephone calls to a boiler manufacturer which she made without complaint so as to enable me to decide the best way to deal with the issue.
By the nature of her job, Samantha is usually contacting landlords with bad news but she does with with a warm and friendly manner and without fail gets the answer to any query you may have, she is an excellent problem solver.
