I have been a tenant with the Student Letting guys for two years at different properties and their treatment of tenants is unacceptable. Their communication with tenants is minimal and often confused with tenant/landlord responsibilities left unclear. We have filed complaints about both the property and the landlord multiple times with minimal action taken by them, leaving one of the rooms of our 6 bed property uninhabitable for almost a month, while still being happy to complain themselves about our cleaning/clutter and taking our money regardless. I would avoid Student letting guys as far as possible as they do not seem to vet landlords or take complaints seriously

The most useless group of letting agents. Do not care about tenants, only care about making money off students. They let the landlord control the heating in an old Victorian home, which gets very cold even in the autumn, without informing tenants....
