Multiple unauthorised entries to my property from contractors and landlord arranged by TLG without my permission. I had stated numerous times that access is only granted when they receive my written permission. They take no accountability and still don't. I had contact from them every single month from 03/22 - 09/23 because they don't repair things properly nor quickly, or adhere to your quiet enjoyment of the property.
I heard the managing agent of the property refer to me rudely to my neighbours below my window. I have never felt assured in any way about their consideration to me as a tenant (a woman living on my own who had random men let themselves into my property unannounced 6 times, with further times having keys tried in the door because TLG hadn't specified which front door to go to when visits were intended for my neighbours' flat that they managed). I found them to be passive-aggressive, evasive and unhelpful. Slow to reply and slow to fix things. Property had a severe, deteriorating leak for 2.5 months whereby water burst through the ceiling above the front door and sat in pockets by the electrics, which was not even fixed adequately up until my final day of tenancy. They are quick to respond to reviews but not much else.
When it comes down to it, they don't follow legalities and seemingly make it up as they go along; when asked to confirm whether they are using legal methods they avoid answering. They withheld an overpaid rent payment due back to me for no apparent reason when I questioned the amount due back to me, then a few days later decided that
