We purchased a property through this agent. We found they were very supportive in all our request and facilitated numerous viewings of the property without issue. All through the process we were kept updated weekly by Natalie, whom we found to be very professional. The day we collected the keys from their office we were presented with a moving in box of goodies - the only thing we would say is that they need to review the contents as many of the vouchers within it were out of date.

Overall Fees

The amount of the deposit is subject to the following caps:
No more than 5 weeks rent where the annual rent for the tenancy immediately after its grant, renewal or continuance is less than £50,000.

Refundable holding deposits
