Tenants beware, avoid if you can!
The following is my honest review of experiences from dealing with Peter Alan. My friend renting with Peter Alan had a broken washing machine which was ignored for months, leaving them to pay the costs of a laundromat. Then when the agency finally got round to fixing it, they fly-tipped the old washing machine onto the street, and didn’t install the new one properly, causing the kitchen to flood and water damage at the neighbours. Peter Alan cut corners wherever they can: they also promised a clean flat at the start of the tenancy, but it was so filthy and full of junk upon moving in that a professional deep clean was required, at the expense of the tenant!

Issues as a tenant as well. They gave me a dodgy property with no hot water, no fire alarms, no working appliances, urine stained mattress and carpets. They aren't properly relaying information I am giving them to the landlord leading to delays, landlord has had enough and said shes not dealing with it. Now I am issueing a lawsuit against the landlord to reclaim money in lost rent and damages.
