I was very impressed after meeting Shaz for a valuation on my property He was very straight talking and honest and gave me a realistic valuation that would get my property sold,which is what I asked for unlike some of the bigger Estate agent chains who over inflated the price to try and get the work.
Shaz,Mittal and Faisal were all very responsive,answered all my questions quickly and organised an open day within a week of marketing.
They have great knowledge of the local market and organised a full list of potential buyers for the open day.
They dealt with all the viewings and questions from potential buyers and within a week I had a few offers.They talked me through every offer and when I made my decision to accept one of the offers they continued to handle all repeat viewings and queries from the buyer and their Solicitor.
They really made the effort to make the process as easy as possible.I unfortunately had a situation where my father was seriously ill and I was not available in person to deal with a lot of the ongoing sale process such as surveys/viewings etc and the team handled everything on my behalf whilst keeping me informed and discussing with me every step of the way.They handled the whole situation with sensitivity,diplomacy and tactfulness.
From my first meeting with Shaz to completing the sale only took about 10 weeks,the team at Stonebridge were amazing and I would highly recommend them.Thank you,Sian
