We have just exchanged contracts on our home of 25 years in the centre of St Albans. I have to admit, we hadn't heard of Belvoir when we were looking for an agency to instruct, but they were selling a house we were interested in buying so we thought we'd chat to them about our sale. I am so glad we did. From the outset, their enthusiasm for our home was obvious. It wasn't just another house in a fat portfolio, it was a place they cared about and really wanted to sell.
They arranged for an excellent set of photographs and particulars to be prepared and kept us fully informed about the interest received.
Ben Coss, who has been our main point of contact, and Billy Walsh have been lovely to deal with - personable, fun and always at the end of the phone if needed. They put us in touch with a lovely set of buyers who we are delighted to be passing our much loved home to. We can highly recommend their services. Thanks Belvoir!!
