Terrible agency!! Terrible communication!!!
Been booked for viewing, saying tenant not free and postpone to next day. And then next day no show again, when I call they said tenant not free again and need to postlone again.. on the 3rd day once again cancelled my viewing saying the property was taken.
I do understand flat/house goes fast, the problem is they are time wasters and never notice u when situation changed! All three days i have to find out myself the viewing booking was cancelled..... And when I called they have so many excuses.
Luckily we didn't work with them i guess. If we did rent from them, can't imagine how disaster it will be. Be ware of!!!
