I don't understand why landlords use this estate agent. Messages are never received or are totally ignored.

I lived at the property for over 5 years and it has had a raft of problems as its an old building. I could be here all day listing them! On leaving, I had several questions and made note of many issues in the property. None were passed on to the landlady. Really poor service.

Glad I now own my house so I don't have to deal with this level of incompetence!
