Terrible experience suffered by my daughter and friends, would not recommend at all.

Overall, Mr. Miah exhibited unprofessional behaviour, lacked proper administrative procedures, failed to respond to serious issues raised by the tenants in an timely manner and failed to provide essential documentation, making the tenancy experience unsatisfactory.

Check out the Google reviews which seem to tell a different story from what appears here, they can’t all be wrong!!

Hao Zhang, it's seems very coincidental that you've left a 5* review of Chaltons estate agent on google maps, and with the same alias, you're reviewing my review? How exactly would you know whether £250 for end of tenancy cleaning is a "fair amount"? what makes this amount fair, the cost of a service is the cost of the service, Ali has provided no proof that he actually got the service, just that he would be taking £250 and blaming it on the cost of cleaning.
