May I please ask that you desist from posting reviews of Farrons which contain many inaccuracies and false statements. As you are aware we have email evidence to show that we emailed your utility supplier confirmation of the date your tenancy finished. This included photographs of the meter readings. We also provided them with the details of the landlord for any future invoices after your end date. As you are aware you caused some initial confusion with your supplier as you entered an incorrect end of tenancy date. We also sent copies of the readings to our landlord and we understand that they have made payments to the supplier for the period after the end of your tenancy. We have subsequently communicated the readings and your end date to both our landlord and your supplier.
As I'm sure you are aware we as agents are not responsible for paying outstanding bills whether for a tenant or a landlord. We have previously and again confirm that all parties have been sent confirmation of your end of tenancy date along with photo dated meter readings. As previously requested if you forward a copy of the correspondence you have received requesting payment we will happily contact them to confirm the dates and readings.
Your rude, aggressive and abusive attitude to my staff is not accepotable and I would remind you of the following before you consider writing any further reviews: We would advise you approach the Ombudsman as this is the appropriate next step should you wish to pursue the issue. In addition, we would also advise you refrain from making comments about this case publicly before the matter has been investigated by the Ombudsman, as in doing so you may risk legal action against you for malicious falsehood / defamation.
