I recently had the experience of dealing with MGY for my property transaction in Cardiff. I would just like to say that my experience has been absolutely fantastic! Special shout out to Karen from the sales progression team who was a dream to work with! She was with me throughout the sales journey which lasted months and provided me with regular communication updates at every point of the purchase. I was a first time buyer and therefore she was empathetic and patient with me and sometimes she went above and beyond to ensure necessary information is provided to me. Nikki her colleague was key in driving the purchase for me as well when Karen was not around. I could not have asked for a better team.
My heartiest thanks to Sales team at Cardiff Bay especially Becky who first brought the deal to me. She communicated my needs to the seller thoroughly and was very open and honest throughout the transaction. I just want to say MGY is a dream team to work with :)
