Horrible company with no morals. Rented me a house for three years. Damp and mould off the scale. Draughty windows. Hole in front door. I lived there for three years and I was very patient during lockdown etc. Numerous emails and phone calls did nothing to help the situation. Environmental health declared the house below tolerable standards and limegreen reaction was to try and increase the rent during a rent freeze. Shocking. They knew my daughter has asthma as well. Owner rang me up to shout and scream down the phone when I copied in my local councillor to an email to Limegreen. This company refused to help because the landlord was a “good customer” of theirs who had numerous properties with them. And they also claimed it was a collections only agreement. Horrible company with a horrible owner. Knowingly let this happen to me and my children. Actually disgusting.
