The team at West Norwood were great with our first time purchase. Mollie helped us find our perfect home through her initiative alone! We happened to view another property with Pedder and upon meeting Mollie she asked us what we were looking for in a property, and one of the important things for us was storage space. Mollie then asked us if we had time for her to drive us to a property nearby which she thought we might like, and thankfully we went because that was the property we loved and moved into.
Mollie was great throughout the process, from keeping us updated with the sellers circumstances, to chasing all parties, to explaining legal jargon to us, to letting us know when she’s on annual leave. She’s everything you’d want from an estate agent: communicative, polite and most importantly follows through!
Vince and Pamela were also very polite and helpful too throughout :)
