This was quite a challenging house sale. Richard was terrific from the moment he became involved, until we finally completed. I was kept up to date throughout, and Richard went to great personal effort to chase down outstanding actions and to work with the buyer to make sure that we got everything over the line. It was definitely a stressful process, but would have been even more so if it hadn't been for Richard's work. Everyone I spoke to at Spencer Harvey in the course of this sale, was really helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use the team again.
