When I was doing a viewing for the property offered I asked to see the parking space as I have a large car. At the time, the agent said they don't remember the parking space number and that will be provided to me once I rent the property. Moved into the property and I was provided with the parking space. Honestly, one of the worst parking garage buildings I have ever seen. I would have never rented the property if there was transparency regarding the parking space. It is an external building 3 minutes away from my building. I am stuck on the left between two pillars and to the right by 2 cars. I have to squeeze myself outside the door to get out of my car on a daily basis. I highly doubt that the whole parking building follows uk regulations. One of the worst parking garages I have ever seen in my life. I am currently suffering on a daily basis when I am parking. I would have never rented the property if there was transparency from the beginning regarding the parking space, even though I asked to view the parking space at the viewing. Basically when I told them that I was not aware that the parking space is that tight, they told me the agent showed you the places (which never happened). Issue is I signed the contract and I was stuck with the space. One of there staff responses was who don't show parking spaces to tenants. Instead of helping me get out of my contract due to the lack of transparency I was told that they would need to speak to the landlord but I would probably have to pay rent and fees until the flat is rented.
