Hey Ajay - that's a fantastically generous and I'd say astute summary of what makes Gosia (and her Northwood team) different - going way beyond "normal" levels of understanding of the process of buying and selling homes to help new owners achieve their needs. Complaints Procedure

Thereafter, if this is deemed insufficient, issues can be elevated to the Franchise Office of Northwood (GB) Ltd, and if necessary then to The Property Ombudsman. The whole complaints procedure is available in written form on request.
