If you are selling in Esher, then Curchods are the only agent you should use. Their local knowledge and team are exceptional. They sold our house within weeks for a fair price in difficult market conditions. Ben Sela the Senior Negotiator followed the sale through to conclusion and couldn't have been more helpful. By the way, the best rates too compared to all the others!
