I initially spoke with David. David was extremely helpful, and had a great attitude! He was friendly, funny and chatty and I felt like he got to know me as a buyer during the very first conversation. He gave great advice straight off the bat and immediately told me the best way to proceed which was exactly what I needed to be told. He put me in contact with Vicky. Vicky is equally as helpful, friendly and professional! We had a long phonecall where she looked into every option available to me, and by the end of the call I felt positive and optimistic - a drastic change to how I've felt after conversations with other agents and advisers. I can't recommend Bernards enough, especially David and Vicky!
