I honestly cannot thank Natasha enough for everything she has done. We have just completed on a complicated chain, and unfortunately some other estate agents weren’t very proactive in ensuring everything was to run smoothly. Nathasha therefore had to do their jobs too! She didn’t give up, she called other links in the chain to see their progress as unfortunately they seemed to lack basic communication skills.
Every new bit of information or update Natasha has she communicated to me to ensure I knew where we were and how the sale was progressing. Honestly, she was amazing!! I am so grateful I didn’t go with any other agent, because I honestly don’t think anyone else without Natasha’s determination would have pulled it off and made it happen.
