So, for the purpose of this reply I will call you by your real name Susan Law
Susan Law, you have been the most difficult landlord we have ever had the mis fortune to deal with, you are no longer our client as we withdrew you from our books.
We can only presume that you are very angry as your unholy plan to deceive your last tenants has not worked. I’m sure anyone reading this will want to know what has occurred. We will give a truthful narrative of our recent dealing with you.
When Susan Law’s tenants left her property, a ‘check out’ report was carried out at the property. We informed the landlord, Susan Law, that the tenants are entitled to all of their £1,500 deposit to be refunded to them as they had left the property in a good clean condition with no damage.
However, Susan Law had other plans for the tenant’s deposit, to be specific she wanted the deposit of £1,500 to be given to her. What world does this landlord live in?!
As Susan Law would not give us permission to refund the deposit to the tenants, we had to refer the case to the TDS 3rd party adjudicators.
Yesterday the final decision came back from the TDS – they ruled in favour of the tenants, and we are delighted that the landlord is only legally entitled to £33 which in our professional opinion is correct.
So, how does Susan Law react to this news? She obviously believes this entitles her to bestow a trumped-up fabricated review because the £1,500 she wanted from her student tenants backfired tremendously on her.
