Awful awful letting company, did nothing for us when living in a flat in Sheffield and now trying to get my deposit back is a ball ache, they're charging me £200 for cleaning when the flat was far cleaner when we left than when we arrived. we had the same problem with damp as well! What agent could do to change your mind?
Show concern and in a situation like this send out rentokil or similar reputable companies. Call and follow up on any results and of course be responsible agents and ensure the environment is safe especially know there is a baby in the house. Discraseful!!Attached Filesnbsp;

This agent needs to comply with their own policies. They need to be responsible for, and admit their errors. They need to do what they claim they'll do.
