We would very much like to thank Ben Coss and Billy Walsh at Belvoir for all their hard work and commitment in providing an absolutely first-class experience regarding both the sale and purchase process.

Ben is very confident, experienced, professional and engaging, with great tenacity and an excellent knowledge of the housing market. He was instrumental in progressing both the sale of our property and the purchase of a new property providing excellent advice and communication throughout.

Billy has a very calm, patient and unassuming manner which is very refreshing! He paid great attention to detail and was in constant communication with us right the way through to completion. Always available on the phone and always responded to any messages very promptly. We really appreciated Billy’s friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency in providing a very thorough, diligent and reliable service.

We felt very confident throughout the entire process that we were in very good hands and cannot recommend Belvoir highly enough. Ben and Billy with their dedication, knowledge, and professionalism are truly exceptional, and we would have no hesitation in using their services again, or recommending them to others. We felt fully informed at all times and supported which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Thank you so much!
