This agency in ilford terribly has worst customer response and services, they don't check property before handovering to to customer, and even if the customer request they don't response properly. and no matter how urgent the issue is you'll have to wait for that employee in property management has to come completing all her leaves and then looking at the request and again dragging the things to be done. my god i've never seen such service that i've seen with this haart agency ilford and i'm frustrated since from more than a month i following up with my issues in property they are still dragging it out, i ve reached and requested and complained upto director level of this agency but no use, the person in director level responds nicely and apolozz and that's all again the same thing, the employee goes on leave and there are no other person to take care of pending or ongoing requests then customer have to wait untill they come back to work, no matter the what is the state of urgency and they just don't care. this agency doesn't deserve even for 1 star rating. that is the level of service they provide and makes customer frustrating.

the worst letting agency.
