Avoid - you will never see the deposit back - they will find every reason to deduct ££££ of your deposit and when you want to dispute they will delay and frustrate you A weeks to even get a reply to mails . If you thinking of Renting just be prepared to loose your deposit as these people will just keep it - in cahoot with landlords and fictitious contractors
