My partner and I rented a flat from Steven for almost 2 years from 2020. It was the best rental experience we have had in Edinburgh. From the first viewing Steven was very friendly and kind. He gave a great run through of the property and area and advised that upon move in date the interiors would be redecorated and the old couch would be replaced. We thought that the price was very fair for the area and quality of the flat.
During our time in the flat Steven was very approachable with queries and quick to respond to emergencies, going over and above to help us. Appliances were repaired or replaced in very quick time and we never felt like our issues were not a priority.
When we informed Steven that we would be moving out, he was very flexible with our timing for doing so and worked with us around viewings and move out dates. Even since leaving Steven has been of great help with errant deliveries going to our old address.
