Just 2 days before my scheduled move-in date, I received a call informing me that the current tenants were refusing to vacate the property, making it impossible for me to move in, despite having paid the deposit and six months' rent in advance. Furthermore, I was assured that I would receive a direct refund for the amount paid. However, it has been over 3 days now, and I am still awaiting the refund, which has yet to be processed.
