Vile, despicable company. Have had too many issues to list. Unless you’re a favourite of theirs, any issues are ignored. Had a problem with drainage, every time it rained my toilet would bubble and make an awful noise. It took this company 19 months to rectify, as only reply I would get was - ‘you’ve had building work done in your bathroom’. Eventually was sorted, and it transpired it was nothing to do with work I had done. Worse still, my daughter has been bullied by many neighbours, and Turners couldn’t care less.
