I was a tenant for one of their properties in the previous year. The house had a leak which took them 3 months to inspect and 'fix', and absolutely no apology nor concern was given. Overall lack of communication with us as tenants and takes them months to even acknowledge house issues. Charge ridiculous fees on deposits for deep cleans despite impeccably clean house. They only care about getting the landlord more money, they don't care at all for tenants. Don't waste your time with them.
