The beginning got off to a great start. The initial meeting and arranging of photos was positive, informative and professional.
However, the service of arranging viewings quickly deteriorated. I ended up doing every viewing (and second viewing after purchase). Communication was not great, I had a Hannells employee turn up the property without notice (I asked if they could do the viewing - it was a maybe - they never actually came back to me so I stayed in) and the viewings co-ordinator (Eve) was unable to call me at work during the work day (called my mobile and emailed to say as much) yet other Hannells people had no issue with this.
Overall good experience nonetheless.
