They wasn’t bothered about getting a sale on my home. It was with them for 3 months with next to no viewings. They would hardly ever answer the phone, it was very hard to contact them. Took them over 2 weeks to even install a for sale board. They didn’t bother to market my home at all. They also lost
my contract and didn’t even issue me a copy. When they did arrange viewings they would cancel and not tell me and leave me waiting in for viewings that weren’t even happening. The moment I told them I have a new estate agent who wants to list my home and I wanted to terminate my contract, all of a sudden they were telling me I had people who wanted to view. Within one week of being with a new estate agent who have been amazing! I have had 3 offers on my home and viewings every night of the week.
