RATS. I lived in a shared house let by Rivendale back in 2021-2022. We arrived to find the house in an absolute state: rotting food in the cupboards, mould everywhere, literal rats in the walls. Rivendale took months to respond to any of these issues, and even had the nerve to keep most of our deposit due to ‘wear and tear’, despite the fact that there were LITERAL RAT HOLES IN THE WALLS WHEN WE MOVED IN.
To make matters worse, about a year after we moved out, Rivendale gave me a bad reference when I tried to rent a new flat. It’s baffling how such an awful letting agent feels they have the right to give anyone a bad reference.
If I had to sum Rivendale Estates in one word: parasites. If you have any choice, choose a different agent.

We rented from Rivendale as students some while ago. When we moved in, the flat was not clean, cobwebs, crumbs etc. We cleaned it from top to bottom.
Promises were made regarding fixing and in some cases replacing broken furniture. These were not kept.
