AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Took our money which included the bills yet never paid them on time. Our gas was cut off several times and so was the internet. Entered the property without warning on more than one occasion, one time which resulted in one of us being locked out of our room. Uninformed decorating work commenced while we were there which stopped us from using most of the ground floor for 2 weeks yet we were all expected to pay full amount of rent. Have tried to make unreasonable deductions from deposit yet no reason was given. Would not respond to phone calls or e-mail. Property badly built and they are now trying to charge us for the repair work. One tenant was threatened with eviction when they went to see them at their offices trying to get a response to a question which was never answered. Witnesses were there. Admin fee and deposit are expensive to begin with. Took numerous phone calls to get the deposit put in the DPS system which is a legal requirement.

Landlord is even worse to deal with. Avoid renting any property owned by [Removed]. I have spoken to the current tenants and they all want to get out now.

Currently going through the 'alternative disputes resolution service' to get the deposit back in full and they have been reported to the student unions housing advice service at coventry university.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Complied with their half of the tenancy agreement. Given answers to questions. Pay bills on time. Not try and take our deposits unlawfully. Operate lawfully and put deposits in a protection scheme.
