Absolute cowboys, they have been mismanaging my property for a long time. First they didn’t get the contractor to repair as agreed and completely ignored my instructions and at times they approve repairs without even informing me. I would say definitely read the clauses on the contract, you can’t stop the management during tenancy tenure. sent a letter Susan Moore and she failed to even get back, horrible company!

What agent could do to change your mind?
Customer care training definitely required! You are loosing yourselves thousands of pounds of business every week and letting down your customers (both buying and selling). It is such a shame since you have so many lovely properties.Attached Filesnbsp;

Remember the prospective viewers really want to spend hundreds of thousands of pounds, some of which will come to you. Remember you are acting for the vendors, and if you put off viewers, you will not be popular with vendors.Attached Filesnbsp;
