Don't ever live with Summit, unless you want to become destitute. They once robbed £375 in rental payment because they don't full understand how to read and react on their own bank statement.

Hi Phil,
You lost your HMO license as you could not provide the council with the required documentation to keep the license. The property also had structural issues, which took you some time to rectify.
