Harry of Arins stepped in to help sell my mother's flat in December 2022 ; it had already been on the market for nine months with only a few viewings and no offers. Within weeks of changing to Arins, we had several viewings culminating in an offer in April 2023. I was impressed by Harry's commitment to selling the flat, his enthusiasm, and his diligence in keeping me informed of developments regularly and returning my calls. He continued to oversee the transactions with good humour and thoroughness, liaising with both sets of solicitors, the buyers and myself and troubleshooting any problems. Latterly, Jonathan took up the baton and saw the sale through some tortuous final weeks to the end. I am grateful to Harry and his team for all their hard work and commitment.
