Simon's unique approach to selling property is founded upon a system backed up with evidence and sound logic. I went onto the market with my eyes wide open. Your property will be given the opportunity to find it's true market value through excellent exposure, high quality marketing and a streamlined system. He will cultivate an appetite for your property if you allow him to. You must buy into the man and his method. From my experience you will be glad that you did.
We went on the market in July and we were completed by the end of September even after 1 buyer pulled out with mortgage issues and another with legal problems, Simon had multiple backups at almost identical prices ready to jump on it, all because he cultivated the appetite for the property in an incredibly short window.
This deal could not have gone through with a cookie cutter estate agent given the timeline and the circumstances that myself and the buyer put on him.
Sol gave great feedback from all his viewings and kept me updated immediately. Clearly they are a great team and you will be in safe hands at every turn with whoever is driving the deal at that moment.
Simon went above and beyond to get the deal over the line.
3 key outcomes he delivered on for me.
1) He made me feel like he was over delivering, because he was.
2) I could see he had high standards for himself, his company and the people he's working with. I would hazard a guess that the person selling the 1 bed £95k flat is getting the same treatment that the person selling the £2m family home is getting. His system is ultimately what allows that to happen.
3) I could see that the details mattered to him.
The whole experience was excellent. I wish more people in business would remember that providing clients a service, at its core is an opportunity to serve people. He and his team did just that and I am very grateful.
I can easily imagine a different outcome from a different agent under these circumstances, my property still sat vacant, poor quality pictures, disinterested low level agent doing viewings between the many his company slaps on his quota for the week, poor communication, "drop the price, it's a bad market" bla bla bla - Assets are worth what they're worth, Simon will get you the true value.
