Good with the legal stuff and money - but a bit rubbish when it came to getting off their backsides and actually doing stuff - like the regular checks, responding to "emergencies" and callouts for problems (the very stuff I employed them for!).
The latest gas-check wasn't arranged on time, resulting in the tenant moving out having damaged the boiler, a fact I didn't become aware of until it was too late. This is potentially costing me hundreds or thousands to rectify.
