Very poor for letting landlord properties. The management department failed to deal with issues to the property. Staff come and go and always a new person that needs to be brought up to speed. Landlords pay letting agents to help and in this instance I felt they were an unnecessary middle man making the problems worse and should have been paying me. Definitely poorer for using them.

Fortunately ICO forced you to follow my ‘Right to Erasure’ as you clearly denied it in writing and wanted to continue sending emails and keeping our private information for 3 years.
