I recently had an unfortunate experience with RS, particularly with Satnam Gill. Despite their seemingly positive ratings, I found their service lacking in professionalism and attention to detail. The tenancy agreement they provided had incorrect documents, and despite bringing it to their attention, they failed to rectify the issue promptly. It's essential for estate agents to ensure accuracy in such crucial documents, and their oversight has caused unnecessary stress. Due to their poor handling of the situation, we decided to back out. I would advise potential tenants to double-check all paperwork and be cautious when dealing with this agency.

Your review is false this has not happened i do not recall where someone has dropped out due a tenancy agreement being incorrect. Reiss-Samuels do not prepare the assured shorthold tenancy agreements and you would no that if you were going to rent through us.

Firstly the landlord gave three extensions for the guarantor/guarantors to complete the reference process which included filling in application forms and providing documentation. All confirmed in writing. The prospective tenants were well organised no issues there.
On the 3rd March i convinced the landlord to give your guarantor additional time for his paperwork to come through which he agreed to do. This is all confirmed in writing
