D.J Alexanders are not responsible Agents, I live across from a flat and rent as an HMO. New tenants moved in on September 1st 2023, and we have had two noisy parties. The first I reported to DJ Alexanders; however, it appears there was no action taken as we had a second last night. I have now recorded the noise from the party and am seeking an appointment with the Director of letting in D J Alexanders in Edinburgh. We had the same problem with this flat some years ago, and *** the then director, ensured that we had responsible tenets.. Over the last five years, we have had terrific tenants, but we now have entitled new tenants who believe their right to a noise forty trumps longer-term residents' right to peace and quiet. It is difficult to establish who the director at D> J Alexanders id inorder to contact him. When phone you are only given access to junior staff members. Its not good enough
