From start to finish the service has been amazing. My initial contact was with Simon who gave me all the information I needed and booked the valuation, before handing over to Luke Mitchell. Right from booking a valuation to completion, I have been kept updated at each stage - even when I was on holiday!! Luke has been great to deal with throughout, he remained in constant communication with me and provided an outstanding service, very proactive and knowledgeable. The whole process from me calling to book a valuation to tenants moving in was 4 weeks… 2 of those weeks I was on holiday! I had initially contacted 7 estate agents to value my property, Simon was the only one to call me straightaway on the day and it was even after 5pm! I would definitely recommend Up Estates and a bonus if you get to deal with Simon and Luke!!
