Awful service - AVOID
I embarked on putting my property on the rental market and chose this company because they are local. The service they provided was not up to standard at all which caused my to pull out and go with another company that was a million times more reliable.
They were slow at responding to my phone calls and didn't always address my requirements. They were quite often rude, condescending and dismissive. What was awful were the fees they wanted to charge - paying extortionate fees for NO service!

Hi Daniel,
I have checked our systems/with the team and unfortunately have not been able to locate any information on this (we are a small family run business so between our small team I am able to find any information regarding properties fairly easily).
I cannot see that we have had any dealings whatsoever.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
In the first instance put any complaints in writing to the office address. Secondly further issues would then need to be followed up with the company Director. Thirdly anything after that would need to be address to the company secretary.
If no resolve then complaints need to be addressed to the Property ombudsman (Letting).
