Third year in a row I am acting as a financial guarantor for my son with Reiss-Samuels and the same property owner Mr Rakesh Patel. 1st year 6 bedroomed house 2nd year 5 bedroomed house and 3rd year 1 bedroomed flat
Some years ago my first conversation with Mr Rakesh Patel didn't go to well haha but he has turned out to be a most reliable well prepared landlord. My other Daughter who studies in Nottingham is having a complete break down because of an unscrupulous landord. I encouraged Toby to stick with Mr Rakesh Patel for another term because of this
My Son Toby is in his final year at university in Greenwich and decided to downsize and relocate into a one bedroom ground floor apartment owned by Mr Rakesh Patel.
A well deserved rating to Sat and their team as they made the previous 2 years a good experience for Toby. I feel the Isle of Dogs location is overall a safe and upcoming part of London for a parent allowing there children to live in
Thank you Sat, Reiss-Samuels, Mr Rakesh Patel and a very chatty and funny Welshman Grant for taking care of my son. One more year to go.
I was not going to mention this as I'm being honest this morning, the reference processes involved are excessive nothing like what I had to do for my daughters rental in Nottingham

Gillian Peachment I trust you are well, its amazing how the two parents who failed to read the criteria even though on two occasions in writing before the reference process started are the ones writing negative comments online.
You should not be providing false or misleading information.

Your review is false this has not happened i do not recall where someone has dropped out due a tenancy agreement being incorrect. Reiss-Samuels do not prepare the assured shorthold tenancy agreements and you would no that if you were going to rent through us.

Regarding the reference process as its a different property although owned by the same person we have to start the reference process for the guarantors again as previously explained if Toby renewed in one of the properties then guarantors would not need to be referenced checked. ...

Firstly the landlord gave three extensions for the guarantor/guarantors to complete the reference process which included filling in application forms and providing documentation. All confirmed in writing. The prospective tenants were well organised no issues there.
On the 3rd March i convinced the landlord to give your guarantor additional time for his paperwork to come through which he agreed to do. This is all confirmed in writing
