It was a pleasure and an honour to have Mick and Leila sell our home.
We had three valuations and we felt that they both gave us the most honest, warmest and helpful discussion during our first meeting that it made perfect sense to go with them to sell our home.
They suggested an Open Day so that all the viewings were condensed into one weekend, which was perfect for us. They did a huge amount of work leading up to the Open Day so that by the time it happened they had 18 different groups of people coming to view and for each one we had immediate feedback from all the viewings, which was really helpful. We were amazed with the response and I know they both had a very busy Open Day! We ended up with 5 offers which went to best and final.
Throughout the Conveyancing process, Mick kept us updated on what was happening with our buyers and their solicitors. There were some bumps in the road along the way but Mick did a great job problem solving, contacting all the parties, pushing things along. It's not all glamorous this Estate Agent malarkey!
Without Mick and Leila I honestly don't think we would have had as much success as we did or got the price that we got. They're real people persons and they'll look after you from start to finish. I'm already missing not speaking to Mick on the phone!
