Having recently sold our house with Fine and Country, we would like to thank Ben Perkins for his sterling work on the sale. Ben's commitment was total, 24/7, and he was always looking for possible buyers and other avenues to draw attention to the house, not just relying on the website as a shop window. He provided regular updates and was a very convivial chap to get along with.

Fine and Country have higher fees than your high-street estate agent but the difference in service was significant and worth it. If anyone were to ask if we would recommend Ben for their house sale, we have no hesitation in saying Yes.
