“Dishonest EXECUTIVE BRANCH MANAGER NEIL MAYES"
Countrywide who sell mortgages and are an estate agency own Austin&Wyatt in Bitterne Southampton. Countrywide reward their agents with commission when they sell a property with additional commission if the buyer takes a mortgage out with them too. Also the bigger the mortgage, the more commission.
MR NEIL MAYES IS AN EXECUTIVE BRANCH MANAGER who is a negotiator on behalf of his company. He basically manipulates sales that are not in the best interests of his clients but fill his pockets with lots of commission. Buyers beware too. NEIL MAYES will only favour mortgage buyers and the bigger the mortgage the better for his commission.
Countrywide don't care that their EXECUTIVE BRANCH MANAGER is only looking after his own best interests rather his clients. Their only objective ultimately is to make money.
Dealing with Countrywide was a total waste of time and the same things have happened with them before.
