Abysmal. Keen to get reviews at start of tenancy, now we know why. Managing and Renting a sub-standard property riddled with issues/defects and showing signs of structural movement. Appalling maintenance company who couldn't fix a thing as they were so disorganised and inexperienced. Also chased for monthly rental payment when it was not late or due.
Check out has also been abhorrent. Tried to charge for oil that wasn't present on check in- no apology for error. Chasing deposit return and still struggling to get returned, no reason to be witheld. Avoid at all cost, if you have to use them take photographs and keep everything documented as you will need it.
