Failed multiple RICS mandatory requirements in regards to managing the service charge in our property. Failed to issue budgets, apportionment matrixes and service charge statements for three consecutive years. Property unsafe as a result of Workman's failure to act on health and safety issues. No heating for half the winter as they failed to fix a boiler identified as broken in May! Overcharged us and charged us outside of the terms of our lease. Late issued budgets absolutely attrocious and unfit for purpose. Still waiting for service charge statements overdue by almost three years. Harassed us for six months for money we didn't owe. Charging 30k plus for electricity to common areas (foyer and toilets). Absolutely shocking for 3+ years. A complete joke of a company. If you're a tenant and this company is managing your property, BEWARE!!
